If you’re not familiar with PDF files, they are commonly used for storing documents, forms, and other content. PDF2Go is an excellent, free PDF split and merge software that makes it easy to break down your PDF files into individual pages or rearrange your pages into a single document. The basic version is completely free but does have limitations in its feature set. It supports Mac OS X, Windows XP/Vista/7/8, and Windows Server 2003/2008 32bit. This software lets you split, divide, and merge PDF files into single PDF files as well as combine multiple PDFs into one file. If you’re looking for the best free pdf split and merge software that isn’t your average, run-of-the-mill solution, iLovePDF is worth a look. You’ll also find that EasePDF is fully compatible with most operating systems (including Windows XP and Vista), makes it easy to edit existing PDF documents using desktop software like WordPad, and lets you create custom page sizes for your documents (say goodbye to distortion), and more.
You can also merge multiple PDFs into one file, combine all their contents into one PDF file, or reorder each page within a multi-page document. For example, you can add or remove pages from existing PDFs and put them in order if necessary. There are quite a few things you can do with it, too. Anyways…a good app.One of our favorite PDF tools is EasePDF, an easy-to-use program that allows you to merge and split PDF files. I knew going into this, you would be asking for $$$, but I didnt know it was 3x (or maybe you were going to allow merges for free, but limit splits and unlocks to 3X before you ask for Pro fees).
Also, it wouldn’t hurt to tell people you have up to three times to use the program before thay have to buy it (might want to limit up to 5 for each split, merge and unlock) before you bump up to Pro. My suggestion though: next upgrade, allow us to drag and drop files we want to merge - that would speed things up. This porgram is great for a simple merge or split.
The first was totally free, but when you dragged and dropped the files you wanted to merge, the order would be in reverse, I found a work-around, but there was always ONE file that I had to move by hand to the top. This is my second little app I downloaded from the APP Store. Normally, I don’t bother to write a review, but I will this time.
